KINVER ROTARIANS AND FRIENDS BUSY FUNDRAISING
SIX WHISKIES TASTED

Twenty-six Kinver Rotarians, friends and members of Wet Wee Whistle Whisky Society enjoyed an evening at Old Edwardians Club, Stourbridge raising funds for their Youth Charoities account. Under the skilful tutelage of Andy Purslow, Ambassador for Wemyss independent bottlers and distillers of Edinburgh, who supported the event, six whiskies of varying ages and prices were tasted and discussed at length.

Two bottles of whisky were raffled - Glenfarclas 10 year old and Dalmore 12 year old - with the winners generously sharing them around the room. A quiz question was won by Alan Millichip who was rewarded with miniature Pendryn and a tasting glass.

A very convivial evening raised £470 for Kinver Rotary Club's Youth Charity fund.
